Datsun 240Z 1970

The 240Z was the progenitor of a great race, that of the Japanese sports cars. Almost unknown in Italy, is a cult car abroad.
When it was introduced in 1969, it offered great performance and a sophisticated chassis at an affordable price. Six cylinders, 2.4 liter, 150 HP, rear drive, four wheel independent suspension, and great reliability.

The car which we are about to put our hands on, is a very early 1970 series, with air vents on the tailgate and the 240Z badge on the c pillar, that will be modified later in the production.
For now we can tell that, incredibly, the engine started almost immediately after years and years of abandonment and runs free and fast … and let’s start with the restoration project! Follow us on these pages!
